About Us: Masters Preci Tools is a leading SPM and Precision manufacturer for PVC and Aerospace Industry. We are looking for a reliable and experienced Purchase Executive to oversee our inventory and ensure smooth and efficient management of all materials and tools required for production. The ideal candidate will have a background in industrial stores and inventory control, and a hands-on approach to stock management. Key Responsibilities: Manage the overall operations of the store, including receipt, storage, issue, and record-keeping of all inventory and tools. Maintain accurate stock levels through regular inventory checks, audits, and reconciliation. Develop and implement efficient store procedures and FIFO (First In First Out) practices. Coordinate closely with production, procurement, and quality departments to ensure timely availability of materials. Maintain detailed documentation for inward and outward stock movement using ERP or inventory management software. Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and raise requisitions for replenishment. Supervise storekeepers or assistants and ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards. Generate periodic reports on stock consumption, wastage, and pending materials. Handle non-conformance or damaged material and ensure proper documentation and disposal. Manage records for tooling, consumables, spare parts, and raw materials efficiently. Requirements Bachelor's degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience managing stores in a manufacturing or engineering company. Strong knowledge of inventory systems and ERP software (Tally,Zoho, Oddo, SAP, or similar). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and coordinate across departments. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving. Understanding of BOMs (Bill of Materials) and engineering drawings. Experience in handling MRO items and tooling.
